Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we accept

Change of Mind and Faulty Returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
• Returns must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Exchanges & Refunds

• For exchanges, additional shipping fees apply. If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must also be paid.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the above conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from what was shown, we will meet our legal obligations. This may include a full refund (including delivery costs) or a replacement product. Returns must be made within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
